If you currently have a primary care doctor at another office and would like to switch to Dry Ridge Family Medicine, please download and fill out the Request for Medical Records form and either take it to your current doctor or stop by our office and let us fax it for you. Once we receive your medical records, we can call you to schedule an appointment. If you were seeing Dr. Ogg at Mashburn Medical Center and would like to continue to be her patient, you still need to fill out the Request for Medical Records form and take it to Mashburn or drop it off at our office prior to scheduling an appointment. If you do not currently have a primary care doctor and do not have medical records, please download and fill out the Medical History Questionnaire and drop it off at our office at 104 North Main Street or fax it to us at (828) 645-9798. First Time Patients
For non life threatening emergencies, you may save time and money by first calling Dry Ridge Family Medicine to see if we can accomodate you. Many emergencies may be handled in the office setting. This may be more convenient and less expensive for you. Please note, Dry Ridge Family Medicine does not have x-ray equipment, so if you think you have a broken bone you would be better served at either the local urgent care center or ER.
We are an authorized non-network provider for TriCare Standard. If you don't see your insurance on either list please call us to check on our status with them. Sorry, we are not accepting new Medicaid patients at this time. Self pay is also an option. We accept cash, checks, and most credit cards.
